At TemplifyPro, we provide digital products (templates and design resources). Since these are downloadable items, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds

• Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances such as:

  • Change of mind (“mann badal gaya”)

  • Not using the product after purchase

  • Purchasing by mistake

Exceptions – Defective or Unusable Products

• If there is a technical issue with the product that makes it completely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Support Before Refunds

• Before a refund can be considered, customers are required to contact our support team.

• We will first try to resolve the issue by providing assistance, fixes, or alternative solutions.

• Only if the issue remains unresolved, a refund may be approved.

Final Decision

• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of TemplifyPro.

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
